The lead-up communication is always prompt and professional and Eric always delivers what is promised. 

He will suggest options if there is something different you are wanting or simply make suggestions based on the number of guests and what your particular tastes are. 

Eric arrives at your home on time and is always highly organised.  He is the epitome of calm and composure which has quite often calmed me down on the lead up to guests arriving.

His staff are also fabulous and professional. The food is ALWAYS delicious and thoughtfully prepared, be it an intimate dinner party or a party for 150 guests. And, at the end, the kitchen is left spotless.  See - he is a dream!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Fleury’s Catering for a special event, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the initial consultation to the day of the event, the team at Fleury’s provided exceptional service and attention to detail. We have used Eric and his team for a few occasions, but most notably our Wedding. Eric and his team went above and beyond for us on the day, providing fantastic food and great service. He worked with us to perfect the menu from the canapes, the mains and the recovery menu the next day. We received so many compliments regarding the food at the wedding and one guest commented that Eric had followed up with her to make sure she enjoyed her vegan meal option. Eric’s service team also made sure that drinks were constantly topped up and everyone had exactly what they needed to enjoy the night.

My husband and I often talk about getting Eric in to cook for us again. Excellent food, service and company!

Fleury's catering has catered lots of different types of events for us everything from light lunches to birthdays to full day education events. Eric and Louise are so lovely and easy to work with, nothing is ever too much trouble, very flexible and always on time. The food is always delicious, perfect for the event and beautifully presented. The professional, and prompt communication was greatly appreciated throughout the planning process of our event. Eric met us in house to review the cooking facilities, and finalize the menu, catering to all dietary requirements, and preferences. Nothing was to much trouble. 

Another aspect of my dealings with Eric i really valued was being able to work towards a budget, that transparency made for a very easy going experience. 

The food that was created was exceptional, every single person at our event commented on how flavorful,fresh and interesting each course was. 

The service on the day was 10/10. Our Kitchen & Prep area was left spotless after the event had finished.

Thank you for the wonderful catering  you and your team did for Terry and my joint 70th birthday party at home. The food was amazing, the wait team fantastic and on the ball, particularly Linda, she is incredible. Everything was set up beautifully, ran smoothly even though we had a little timing issue that had to be sorted out before you could continue with your main dishes, not anything to do with you or your team. Place was left tidy, everything put away when we came upstairs at 1.30 and even enough left overs to feed the two of us for a week. Ham was incredible, everyone was asking about it and wanting to take some home. We would definitely recommend your services to anyone who asked and will definitely engage your services again in the future.

We cannot thank Eric enough for the exceptional service at our wedding. The steak was absolutely unbelievable – so many of our guests commented that it was the best steak they have ever eaten let alone at a wedding! Everyone we have seen since our wedding has made a comment on the quality of the food and service. On top of that, the canapés were an absolute hit, with people raving about the lamb cutlets in particular – they were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavour.

Karen and her service team were incredible, leading the service with such professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. They ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to enjoy the day stress-free.

Eric did the most amazing job for my husband’s surprise birthday a sit down dinner for 25 people. He was attentive to needs, including the size of my ovens, and what was the most delicious but practical to deliver given I had no wait staff. This is the second time I have used Eric. He catered for 100 people for a StMargaret’s Formal Pre. Both occasions have been seamless allowing me to enjoy and not fuss. I could not recommend Eric more. Both functions were very different and both times he was amazing
